Confidentiality

Your privacy matters.

Intimate health is personal. This service is built around discretion, respect and confidentiality — from the first message to the last follow-up.

What we collect

Only what is needed to respond to you and understand your concern: your name, a contact number, an optional email, your location preference and what you have told us about your situation. We do not ask for unnecessary sensitive information.

How we use it

To contact you privately using the method you chose, to discuss suitability, and to arrange and follow up on appointments. Nothing more.

Who can see it

Only the Intimate Room team. We do not sell or share your details, and we do not publish client names, photographs or results.

How we contact you

Discreetly, in the way you asked for. If you prefer WhatsApp, we use WhatsApp. If you prefer a call at a particular time, tell us and we will respect it.

Removing your details

You can ask us at any time to stop contacting you or to remove your enquiry, and we will do so.

Advertising measurement (Meta pixel)

With your permission, this site uses a Meta (Facebook) pixel. It records how visitors arrive at and use the site — pages viewed and actions such as sending an enquiry or starting a booking — and shares those events with Meta so we can measure and improve our advertising. Where the law requires it, the pixel only runs after you accept, and you can change or withdraw your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the footer. Declining does not affect how the site works or the privacy of your enquiry.
